We were walking North East towards Mikage. Checked behind us and saw a bear cub on the road, which then proceeded to break into a full gallop in our direction (see photo). Mum not seen. Photo taken with 500mm lens at exactly 12:00. Chase lasted about 30 seconds before the cub exited the road to the south, into the forest.
