Upon checking the bear sighting site, fresh footprints of a serow were found, but no bear traces were detected. Note: serow winter fur is black and resembles a bear, so misidentification is possible. A bear was sighted crossing a municipal road (Yūhei Fruit Line). It is believed to have moved to the western drainage canal. Body length about 1 m. About 30 m from a house.
