Yorii Wakatake Youchien

Around 21:00 on November 16, 2025, a local resident reported sighting a bear-like animal at the Kawasemi riverside east of Tamayodo Bridge in Ozono, Yorii Town, Saitama. The town and the hunters' association searched the area but, because it was by the water, they could not confirm tracks or other traces; about 2 km upstream near Hachigata Castle Park, bear claw marks on trees were confirmed in July.
