Ichinoseki Seimei Shien Gakkou Yamame Kousha

Around noon on November 8, 2025, Kotaro Koiwa (94) returned home in Yamanome, Ichinoseki and found about 10 persimmons and broken branches scattered in his yard. The trunk of the persimmon tree had claw marks, and police believe a bear was responsible and are warning local residents.
