When I turned the sign at the orchard in the forest, I came face-to-face with a cub about 1 meter in size. I waited at a distance for it to leave, and it edged a little closer while watching me. When I looked away briefly, it disappeared somewhere. Even when I looked at my car, it didn’t run away and seemed calm.
