Tsu Furo Mizuumi Tenboudai

While walking, I heard rustling from tall bamboo grass at the roadside, so I stopped and looked closely and saw a large black animal. It moved toward me several times with heavy thumping, so I thought it might be a boar or deer, but then I saw a black animal about 120 cm tall standing up deeper in the grass. I became certain it was a bear, backed away quietly, left the area, and called the police from a parking lot immediately to the north. The rustling came from two places in the grass, so there were probably two bears. They may have been a mother and cub, but I could not see a cub.
