At around 06:00 on May 14 in Ichinoseki (Muronecho Orikabe, Shinohara) beside a greenhouse, a dead serow with its right foreleg torn at the armpit was found. The skin showed marks resembling bites or clawing, and police believe the attack was by a bear and are urging caution.
