At around 05:55 on November 24, 2025, an adult bear about 1 meter long and a cub (two bears total) were sighted in a residential area about 120 meters northwest of Asamushi Park in Aomori City. The bears later moved toward the eastern mountains, and no human injuries or damage were reported.
