Shortly after 18:00 on December 2, in Noda-machi 6-chome, Fukushima City, a man riding a bicycle called 119 saying he had been attacked by something like a bear. The man was conscious and able to speak; police say the injuries and scene suggest it may not have been a bear and are also investigating the possibility that he fell while riding.
