At around 22:50 on November 15, 2025, an employee at Spa Resort Hawaiians' Parking Lot No.2 in Tokiwa Fujiwara-machi, Iwaki City, sighted a bear-like animal about 1 meter long running up the stairs toward Parking Lot No.3. No human or property damage was reported, and police, sharing information with the city, are conducting patrols in the area.

Around 10:50 p.m. on November 15, at the Spa Resort Hawaiians complex in Iwaki City, a staff member saw a bear-like animal about 1 m long while passing through the facility's second parking area. The animal ran up stairs toward the third parking area and disappeared; its subsequent direction is unknown. No human or property damage occurred.
