On Sunday, June 21 at around 12:25 p.m., a witness (female in her 60s) driving a vehicle in the Kaminobusaka area of Nagano, Minamiaizu Town, observed a bear (about 1 m in body length) crossing the town road from south to north. The bear’s subsequent whereabouts are unknown.
