At around 8:00 p.m. on the 29th, a woman in her 40s was attacked by a bear on a street in Mori 2-chome, Toyama City. She was walking alone when the bear scratched her, injuring her face and head, and she was taken to a city hospital. Her injuries are not life-threatening.
