Around 23:30 on the 15th, a woman in her 60s spotted a single bear about 1 meter long under a persimmon tree in Yodonai, Kaminakura, Fukushima City. The bear walked off to the north, no injuries have been reported, and police notified Fukushima City and are patrolling the area by patrol car.
