[Post] The biggest bear I’ve seen this year. Over 120 cm. The cubs were about 50 cm and chubby. I was walking on the forest side of a park that has an X-shaped wooden structure. It was eating nuts or leaves. When I tried to take a photo and approached by car, it ran off into the forest. Separately, there was also what I believe was bear scat in the park.

Posted: In front of Tersa. The same bear is in the same spot. It’s been watching constantly.

[Report] Location: between Goshono General Park and Akita Tersa. About 20 m from the main entrance of Tersa. Observed one adult Asiatic black bear (Tsukinowaguma). Bear size about 1.0 to 1.2 m. Probably the same individual seen on May 29. Weather: clear. Temperature: 24°C.
