Observed while riding a bicycle. About 50 meters away. It crossed the road, went through a rice field, and headed into the woods toward Konada. Several cars passed; one nearly made contact.

(Posted) It was captured on a surveillance camera. Body length over 1.2 m. It moved from north to south on the camera. It is believed to have entered the shrubbery on the south side. Presumed to be the same individual that moved from south to north along the east side of the premises yesterday evening.

[Post] One bear (over 1 m long) was running on the road and embankments inside the rice fields. At one point it nearly collided with a car. It headed toward the riverside road, and disappeared into the shrubs.
