A bear was sighted on the city road Mineyama Line about 100 m from the Suginose settlement in Nadachi Ward (approximately 200 m southeast of the Shimonadachi Regional Lifelong Learning Center). Later, around 18:00, another sighting of what is believed to be the same bear was made at nearly the same location.
