At around 15:35 on the 6th, a man driving on a village road in Nagasaka, Nishigo Village, Fukushima Prefecture, spotted two bears about 1.5 m and 1.0 m in length. The two bears subsequently moved back toward the mountains, and no damage has been reported. Police are patrolling the area by patrol car and warning residents.
