[Report] The location was between Goshono General Park and Akita Tersa. About 20 meters from the main entrance of Tersa. I sighted one adult Asian black bear (Tsukinowaguma). The bear’s size was about 1.0–1.2 meters. The bear entered the park-side thicket once, but then returned to the same spot. After that it repeated disappearing into and reappearing from the thicket three times, and finally disappeared into the thicket. At that time, there were only a few cars in the parking lot. Also, traffic between Tersa and Aeon was not heavy. Weather: clear. Temperature: 18°C.

A family of Asian black bears (Tsukinowaguma) was wandering around a Yamato Transport truck. The adult was about 120 cm and the cub about 60 cm. The bears wandered for about five minutes before leaving to the south.
