While driving on a municipal road, spotted a bear about 1.5 m long in a pasture. There were droppings on the road. It headed toward the western mountains. About 500 m to the nearest house.

Peach damage. Around 5:30 p.m., while working in an orchard, several peach tree branches were broken, leftover peaches found, and several claw marks on trees suggesting climbing. Size unknown. About 300 m from a house.
