[Post] While walking a dog, saw a bear on the road near the west side of a house. The bear then seemed to enter the northern settlement. Length about 1.0 m. About 40 m to the house.

Witness driving east on a town road saw a bear emerge from the north side, cross the road, and walk toward the southern forest area. Subsequent movements unknown. Length about 1.0 m. About 30 m to the nearest house.
