On March 15 (Sunday) at approximately 2:50 p.m., in the Odagawa Minaminoe area of Shirakawa City, a witness (male in his 40s) driving a vehicle on Route 4 toward Tochigi Prefecture observed one creature resembling a bear (about 1 m in body length) in the grassy area of fields on the right side of the direction of travel.
