On Wednesday, June 3 at approximately 2:40 p.m., on the Iwaki-Namie Prefectural Road in Miyamaeno, Nagatomo, Yotsukura-cho, Iwaki City, a witness (male in his 30s) driving a car observed one animal believed to be a bear (about 1 meter in body length) crossing the prefectural road from west to east.
