While driving, spotted a bear about 1 m long near the second hairpin bend below Yokone Pass. The nearest house about 1 km away. Addendum: around noon, about 200 m east near a charcoal hut, sighted again (likely the same individual). Around 2:30 p.m., sighted again at Yokone Pass; seems to be roaming the area.
