At around 16:20 on the 9th, a man walking along the riverbank in Morishuku, Sukagawa City, Fukushima Prefecture, saw one bear (about 50 cm long) running from south to north across the riverbed. No damage has been reported, and police are patrolling the area while providing information to Sukagawa City to warn residents.
