Around 16:50, on the east side of the sighting location’s municipal road, a second witness found a bear about 70 cm long sitting about 10 m away. Around 17:00 the bear walked further toward houses on the east side. It then moved to the eastern field, ran off toward the east into the Shibahira Power Plant area’s forest (footprints also found).
