Multiple bear sightings were reported in a residential area of Saeki Ward, Hiroshima City from early morning to night on May 13. According to police, 11 nearby elementary, junior high and high schools were closed on May 14. Several sightings were reported, but the exact number of individual bears has not been confirmed.
