Post: Bear about 80 cm long inside the facility grounds, about 5 m from the facility buildings. A facility user spotted a bear on the premises. They honked the horn and banged a shovel to drive it away, but it wandered around inside the premises and then walked to the back of the facility. The distance to the witness was about 10 m.
