At around 06:55 on the 7th, a resident spotted a single bear approximately 1.5 meters long on a city road in Kamimachida, Hirasawa, Nikaho City. The sighting was about 70 meters from the certified childcare center 'Nikaho' and near large commercial facilities, and the police are urging residents to be cautious.
