[Report] I heard via word of mouth that a bear was sighted (a photo was taken) near the back of Satō Civil Engineering. I’m a local resident, and since it hadn’t yet been added to the map, I’m providing this information on behalf of the community for local safety.

When I drove by, it stuck only its face out of the snow-melting ditch, then quickly pulled back in. At first I thought it was a raccoon dog, but its face (head) was completely black, so I posted because it might be a bear cub.
