While driving a vehicle, I witnessed a bear walking on the road (about 1 meter in length).

Around 7:30 AM on October 25, in Nihonmatsu City near Adatara Mountain Shizoe Trail, the witness observed three bears on the trail: one about 1.5 m long and two about 1 m long. The bears then climbed a nearby tree.

Around 10:30 AM on October 24, on a prefectural road within Nagata-Nagasaka National Forest near Nihonmatsu City, a female in her 50s driving observed a bear about 50 cm crossing the road. The bear then left into the woods.
