[Post] Recently, three Asian black bears have been climbing the same persimmon tree every night to eat the fruit. If a loud sound is made, they briefly descend, but soon return. I worry where they will go when the tree's fruit is gone.

[Post] Every night after dark, three bears come to the persimmon tree on the opposite side of the river from the property. Two climb the tree, one hides in the undergrowth. They may continue visiting until the fruit is gone.

Posted: Around 8 PM, a mother and two cubs were climbing a persimmon tree; when I shouted loudly they fled. Later at 10 PM I saw them again; they were climbing again, tearing the tree apart while eating the fruit.
