Posted: On Route 46 going from Kyōwa to Kakunodate, a bear crossed from right to left ahead; afterward it couldn't climb the left guard rail, returned to the road, and went back and forth once. It wasn't very frightened by the horn and walked slowly. It was captured on a dashcam.
