Around 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 14, on a road in the area of Take no Uchi, Iwabaji, Tamagawa Village (Oaza Iwabaji, Takenouchi), a bear footprint was found. There were no sightings of the bear itself, and no damage was confirmed. On January 16, village hall staff and Tamagawa Village Wildlife Damage Countermeasure Team members confirmed the footprint and identified it as a bear's footprint.
