คำอธิบาย

While traveling by vehicle from the Fukushima side, the witness spotted a dark shape. Slowing down to confirm it was not a person, they saw it was a cub about 1 meter long. The cub charged the nearly stopped vehicle, so the driver drove off and left the area.
