On Sunday, June 28 at approximately 7:20 p.m., on a municipal road in the Yakikiri area of Tomizawa, Soma City, a man in his 30s, while driving, sighted one animal believed to be a bear (about 1 m in body length) walking on the road. The animal believed to be a bear proceeded north along the municipal road and then left in an unknown direction.
