Around 9:45 a.m. on November 20, along Route 459 on the south side near the Kitashiobara Town Hall, in the Kamino-Dai area, a male witness saw a bear about 1 m long on a persimmon tree on the south side of the national route. The bear then entered the shrub to the south and disappeared.
