At around 09:00 on the 19th, a teenage woman driving on National Route 191 in Mimi, Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, spotted a bear about 1 meter long crossing the road. The bear returned to the mountain and there were no injuries. Police are patrolling the area and informing nearby schools to warn them.
